We are an independent company that has no commercial connection with any flight school or airline. The information and the content on the Site has been submitted to us by customers and selection/assessment candidates, sharing their experience with us after attending flight school and airline assessments. The content on the Site should be used for general informational purposes only.
You may not post violent, nude, partially nude, discriminatory, unlawful, infringing, hateful, pornographic or sexually suggestive photos or other content. You must not defame, stalk, bully, abuse, harass, threaten, or intimidate people or entities and you must not post private or confidential information. Your Pilot Academy also collects information about you during the course purchase process (PayPal and/or Stripe). The dates you make purchases, login to the site, or cancel/pause/resume your subscriptions with us as well as information relating to your course progression and test performance. When you subscribe with us, we’ll ask you to provide an email address. We’ll use this information for purposes, such as, to:

We store course progress, including completion status, test scores, assignments and/or essay submissions (if applicable). We will also store comments and feedback on courses, lessons, topics, assignments, and essays if you choose to leave them.

We will not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy. Order information such as your membership subscriptions, enrolled courses, course progress, payment dates and amounts, and username / email address.
Any additional information added in your Member Profile can also be visible to the Administrator(s).
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information. Deleting your user account is only possible by contacting us directly. You can do so by sending us a message. We store information about you for as long as your account exists.
