Advisory, Conciliation and Arbitration Service: An aircraft system based on SSR transponder signals. The system will communicate with nearby Mode C and Mode S transponders to get their altitude and range. Based on this info the system will issue alerts to the flight crew when other traffic is becoming a danger.
