Modular training is the perfect solution for students who want to complete their education gradually and get to the dream job in the cockpit at their own pace. Each module of the training is independent of others – eg. you can do the private licence this year and come to supplement it with your instrument and multi-engine ratings next year. Modular packages are products for students with some aviation experience and a licence. By combining a few different training modules in an optimized way, they offer the quickest possible progress towards the ultimate objective of an airline job. Integrated training has been designed for people with no aviation experience who want to become professional pilots within the shortest possible timeframe. After 18 months the student receives a so called frozen Air Transport Pilot Licence issued according to EASA standards. This entitles him to apply directly for the position of a First Officer in any airline in Europe. Mentored training is a course for students who are determined to become airline pilots and are ready to start cooperation with a particular carrier from the very start. The airline will assess your abilities before the beginning and confirm its willingness to employ you upon completion of the training. You will be trained according to the standards and operating procedures of this particular airline. The Bartolini Air training fleet consists of modern, comfortable, and safe aircraft manufactured by Tecnam, one of the world leaders when it comes to training aircraft. All of them are equipped with EFIS (glass cockpit) avionics, which makes students accustomed to the layout of the primary flight display of modern jet planes. Each of the aircraft models that the school uses meet different requirements relevant to particular phases of the training and the skills that they focus on. While the students accumulate most of the hours in a single engine Tecnam P2008JC or Tecnam P2002JF, Bartolini Air only uses twin engine aircraft for the CPL(A) complex aircraft training in order to give cadets maximum experience in multi-engine aircraft handling. All of their twins are state of the art Tecnams P2006T, equipped with the legendary Garmin G1000 NXi avionics suite, whilst the fleet of single-engine Tecnams P2008JC is equipped with the latest Garmin technology – the Garmin G3x Touch and the fleet of Tecnam P2002JF with the Garmin G500.
